One Crock Pot..
One good size Bolar/Beef Roast
Whole Carrots, as you need
Whole onions [any number]
Rock salt [to taste] and fresh ground black pepper
1/4 Cup of “Wild  meat Sauce”
2 – 3 tbl spns Liquid honey or  maple syrup

Cooking Method:
Place Roast into Crock pot dry,do not add water..
Add whole onions & carrots
Cover roast with Glasseye Creek Wild Meat sauce…
add a good 2-3 tbl spoons runny honey or maple syrup….good grind of rock salt fresh ground black pepper…
Place lid on Crock…Cook on high 4hrs.. depending on size  [mine are large roasts].
Remove liquid, strain off fat
Thicken with Rice flour or Corn flour …pumkin & potatoes can also be added to  crock half way through cooking If desired… The best, tenderest Beef you ever sunk your teeth into…
