Sticky Pork Meat Balls

  • Ingredients
    500g beef mince
    500g pork mince
    1/2 Cup Glasseye Creek Sauce
    1t Oregano
    1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp chilli flakes
    1 1/2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • Glaze (increase qty if you wish)
    25g butter
    1/4 C Glasseye Creek Sauce
    1T Honey
  • DirectionsPreheat an oven to 200 degrees C

    Place the beef & pork into a mixing bowl, combine with onion,  chilli, salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Add the Glasseye Creek Sauce, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into small meatballs, and place onto a baking sheet.

    Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Glaze: Melt butter, combine with sauce and honey. Pour over meat balls to coat.
