Megan’s Wicked Lamb Ribs

THE SAUCE

¼ Cup of Glasseye Creek
¼ cup of Pizza Sauce
1 T brown sugar
RIBS – Lamb or Pork

Mix it together and brush some on to the ribs.  Leave it for 1 hour in the fridge to marinade, then brush the ribs again and cook the ribs in the oven or on the BBQ and brush throughout the cooking. Leave the ribs to rest before eating if you can resist.
