Culham’s Mega Wings


Glasseye Creek sauce (enough to coat wings)
1-2 table spoons of (Lee Kum Kim is the best) hoisin sauce
Chilli seasoning
1 tsp  minced chilli
1 tsp minced garlic
Chicken wings


Cooking Method:

Recipe is a general idea no exact measurement just add it as you like

Warm chicken wings to room temp.
Cover in an even coating with salt, pepper, chilli seasoning, paprika and galic.
Leave to rest for 30min
Then combine both sauces and chilli, coat chicken
Leave for at least an hour.
Coat in oil make sure it’s at room temp crank the BBQ and your done
