Ingredients
1 decent steak per person..treat yourself & buy the best. Chop into large pieces.
Couple of Onions
Glasseye Creek Wild Meat Sauce of course
Splash of Orange Juice & Red Wine
Cooking Process
Cut up the Onions & put in Casserole
Steak on top
Generous topping of Glasseye Creek Sauce
Few splashes of Orange juice & Wine
Couple of grinds of pepper
In the oven at 125/150?C for 1.5 to 2 hours
Check occasionally and top up the juice if needed.. ie: don’t let it burn
Serve on Mashed spuds…use a couple of teaspoons wholegrain mustard n butter when mashing
Wash it down with your favorite ale or red wine.
